GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
ROLE: Guest Experience (GE) Coordinator (Full time)
REPORTING to: Head of Event Operations
MISSION: To support the GE Manager, deliver the best Customer Experience

Job Role Overview
Due to unprecedented growth and new strategic partnerships, we now require a coordinator who has excellent organisational skills with ability to use own initiative. The candidate should hit the ground running and work to extremely tight deadlines to support the GE Manager. The right candidate will join the Event Operations department where our core responsibility is to build, maintain and implement our Customer Experience Strategy.
Guest Experience Coordinator
- Request itinerary information from suppliers
- Chase suppliers for itineraries
- Work with GE Manager on all requests from customers for postal address updates, parking, dietaries etc.
- Update/Record systems with all client information
- Communicate event information to Account Managers detailing delivery expectations
- Dealing with general Customer ticketing queries
- Update ticketing apps
Customer Experience (Dispatch)
- Allocation and distribution of tickets
- Preparing guest packs
- Logging ticket numbers
- Managing post and working with Royal Mail or other courier services
- Submit information to dispatch records
- Responsible for all post using click and drop Royal Mail
- Manage incoming packs
- Ticket / pack verification
- Quality assurance
- Client communication (Phone and email)
- Ensuring guest information has been received from the customer and logged accordingly
Skills and experience
- High degree of focus, attention to detail and organisation.
- Unflappable and confident dealing with customers
- Experience within a high paced dispatch / postal or courier environment is preferred
- Ability to work well and consistent under pressure
- Able to prioritise workload ‘drop off and pick up’ tasks where necessary
- Confident and analytical problem solver with effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Zendesk preferred but not mandatory

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Role Overview:
In line with our commercial growth strategy, we are recruiting ambitions, motivated and tenacious sales people to join our growing sales team.
The objective is to collaborate and contribute to business objectives
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Sales desired but not essential
- Comfortable and skilled at building rapport and closing business over the telephone
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Computer literate (familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable but not essential, able to use MS Office Suite products)
- Good Team Player
- Motivated by success
- Keen interest in Sport can be advantageous but is not essential
- Tenacious and hard working (a successful person will spend an average of 2 hours on the telephone during a working day)
- Outgoing and personable
- Corporate and well-presented
