Senior Account Manager

Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking a confident, professional and well-organised Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their role and driven to achieve significant personal and collective success within our thriving business. The role
- Working in a fast paced, proactive telesales team.
- Responsible for nurturing existing B2B accounts, as well as expanding a portfolio of clients and prospects.
- Researching businesses and approaching senior decision makers.
- Pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Building strong relationships – with the public as well as C-level executives.
- Organising and following up daily tasks within your existing pipeline.
- Coaching and support will be provided, to aid you in the pursuit of existing KPI’s as well as maximise your potential and ensure your own professional development.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity.
About you
- Sales experience is essential.
- Strong character and can-do attitude.
- Naturally competitive.
- Self-motivated and financially driven.
- Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets.
- work well under pressure.
- Interest in sports would be an advantage, but not essential.
The package
- We offer a starting salary that ranges between £26,000 – £28,000 pa, a rewarding commission and bonus structure as well as ad-hoc incentives throughout the year.
- Top performers can expect to earn an OTE of £35K in your first year – growing in all subsequent years.
