Adam Wood - a member of the Sales team - gave me a ring within 20 seconds. He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient; accommodated my request for seating in my preferred block. At the end of our call, he informed me that the invoice would be sent the following day via e-mail - and the payment was processed shortly afterwards!
