I enquired about a package for rugby tickets,and I got a call back from Adam. He explained most professionally about the packages for the rugby,but he also explained about all the other packages that the company use. After emailing over the bank holiday weekend I got a prompt email back from Tommas Hemmens with all the information. He then rang me after the bank holiday weekend. He seemed knowledgeable about the service he was offering such as the differences booking with them or from the event themselves he said there was nothing except I would be able to book other events, and if they day runs as well as the booking I will definitely be calling Tommas again for future purchases. He worked with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase, which is a surprise for my husbands birthday. Even when I had to abruptly cut him off when I heard my husband coming down the stairs! He understood my budget and did not push any other sales which is the worst when sales people do that. He ensured I got the gift certificate on time to give to my husband on his birthday, and even rang to let me know when he was posting it so that I wouldn’t be stressing over it over the weekend. My husband was overwhelmed with the gift we both can not wait for the summer! After being with my husband for almost 15 years now, gift giving is a real stress but was made easy by this service, so thanks again Tom!
