Emily was so friendly from the moment I first spoke to her she reassured me that the 'ladies day' event would be a special day. As an older bride, first time married I was looking for something more refined and special, I confirmed the Emily that this was for my hen party and Emily said we wouldn't be disappointed with the package. This provided me with the reassure to place the booking, I spoke to my friends who are coming along, all I had to do is to relay the message that Emily gave and they were sold too - thank you Emily.
