Geeta from Hospitality Finder is the only one who followed up on my request more than one time. She helped me change to a different hotel and helped me navigate the number of different ticket choices. Finally, she complied with my request for photos of the seating area I was considering and answered my final questions. She further advised that she would remain my only point of contact until the event. I don't know what else she could have done. Perfect.
