Adam Wood at hospitality finder was excellent in arranging our Henley Royal regatta tickets. Adam was also very helpfull in getting me information for the NFL games that are taking place in October 2019 with an emails of the planned packages etc whilst we had our discussion. it was a pleasure to work with Adam who was very knowledgeable on the events he was selling
Fantastic service. Great food. Guests had time for us peasants and were intuitive with some amusing stories. Host controlled the room and was quick witted with some lighthearted if not cutting backchat! All the above and and England win in Ireland - Top Drawer!!
What a wonderful day! Drinks reception was lovely, very informal and relaxed. The Q&A during the meal was as insightful as it was entertaining! Food was glorious! Managing to snag a photo with Jamie Heaslip and Mike Tindall (both gentlemen) was a highlight. The after match entertainment including more analysis and great music & banter helped to make up for the match result (yes I'm an Ireland supporter!). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable match day experience!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Such a high quality operation. Wonderful kindness warmth efficiency and help from ALL the Hospitality finders team - they were quite superb .. and that of course coupled with their magnificent group of top of the range , hugely knowledgeable and fun loving Celebrities , made the day even more memorable...both on stage and clearly greatly enjoying the company of the punters .. mixing in with the punters. Not rushing off - staying there loving it. From 12 noon till 12 midnight.. wow it was a special special day . So impressed the Girls helped take the ticket anxiety out of the equation by visiting each table and 500 people quietly calmly and EARLY to make sure everyone could relax and enjoy the lunch with their tickets pocketed- an air of contentment.. a smile ... ‘we’ve got em ‘ ! Staff numbers per punters high ratio - really helped. Obviously Lawerence and Mike as per usual in top top form insightful and fun whilst MC D-S simply a master of his craft. Well done all round and that goes for your team back at base Camp as well. A personal thanks from me to Rhys Curtis. We may be VERY different generations but I count him a friend. The Rugby was amazing too - bet youll get ever ever increasing membership- it’s inevitable when you are way the best show in town. Regards pkr AND THANK YOU ALL I’m returning !! We had a great experience of our first time in the green rooms with great hospitality and atmosphere. It was great entertainment from all the hosts and ex-players highly recommended for such great causes and charities.

This was not my first event regarding entertaining friends and guests for a Rugby event but it was my first event with Hospitality finder, and by far the best managed event that I have attended. The whole process was very professional, value for money and also great fun, the atmosphere was just fantastic, relaxed and friendly. I have already made my next request for events from Hospitality Finder and am looking forward to working with these guys for a long time in to the future. Chris
