2281-2292 of 3599We had our badge and tickets for the Cartier Queen’s Cup final at Guards Polo Club waiting for us on arrival in London. Access to the Guards Polo Clubhouse was easy and catering on the day was excellent. Plenty of food and drink, great polo and interesting table conversation made for a terrific day. And the weather held out, which was lovely. Would definitely do this again.
I dealt with Tom more closely than anyone else at the Hospitality Finder and he couldn't be more accommodating from the get-go. We are organising a high profile event with 15 VIPs from our Company attending. Being the one left to organise all the logistics, Tom was more than helpful when I had an array of different questions when panic took over. The Company I work for have organised a corporate hospitality event through "Hospitality Finder". Disaster stuck when we needed arrange an additional parking space for the event for one of our clients, but our contact from our own company was unavailable due to travelling. I originally tried to contact the company that was hosting the event, who just asked me to email in and was not making me assured that this issue was in hand. I was able to locate the contact details for Sue Pearce, who was our contact for Hospitality Finder, she was nothing short of brilliant. I spoke to Sue, who was lovely on the phone, so I explained the shortfall in parking spaces. Sue took on this issue and said that she will make a phone call and give me a call back 5 minutes later. Sue was able to sort this issue in a very short space of time and assure me that this has now been settled. Due to the fact we are inviting our clients to this event, the last thing I wanted was to be embarrassed when they turn up and have to explain that there is not an available parking space. Sue has changed the lead up to this event from being anxious about the spaces available on the day, to being relaxed and exciting. Thank you very much for your help Sue. You are an asset to your team with your 5 star service!
