The organization has been excellent with tickets and passes have arriving promptly. James in sales has been very helpful and pro-active. Great food and wine, wonderful hostesses and the quality of the speakers both prior to and after the match have been first class. We always have a great day out whenever we use hospitality finder. Our rugby days are well known and quite honestly one of the hot subjects whenever we host a box. Our clients love the day out and our staff have a great opportunity to talk some business, but keep things informal and open up lines of communication – again, always a great day out.
Wonderful day at Cheltenham Gold Cup day. All the staff in the Green Room were very friendly and seemed caught up in the atmosphere of the day too. They were very personable and chatty and very attentive. The compère ( Judith charmers son) was hilarious. Unfortunately not one of AP McCoys tips came anywhere!! Had some lovely photos taken with Mike Tindall and Kenny Dalglish who were only too happy to accommodate everyone’s requests.
After nearly 40 years of visiting the greatest show on turf , I can honestly say that this year was the most enjoyable , entertaining , and well organized day I have attended !! As a person buying only 2, 3 or 4 tickets for hospitality events, I have previously been disappointed by other corporate hospitality providers by being sidelined for those buying in bigger numbers. However, I particularly wanted to enjoy Cheltenham Races in style and comfort and gave Hospitality Finder a try - just for 2 people. Thank you AJ and everyone at Hospitality Finder, we had a fabulous day. The administration was straight forward, tickets posted on time with a phone call to check they were received. The day itself was very special. Mark Durden-Smith hosted the event, there were several famous people amongst us which always adds a sparkle and the food and wine was fantastic. Most of all, the staff on the day were so welcoming and checked up throughout the day to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Truly and 10/10 day. Thank you.
