Outstanding Day at the Gatsby Club. Superb food and drink coupled with great service. The organisation was brilliant the location was perfect - even Michel Roux came over to say hello to the guests. We had to force ourselves to leave the venue and walk (or get a lift) the 150 yards to see the Tennis live! Well worth the money and would highly recommend it.
I booked the U2 concert with hospitality at Twickenham. Sue at Hospitality Finder was very helpful from the "off". Sorted my booking and ensured I had all the paperwork in good time. Upon arrival at Twickenham it was easy to find the hospitality suite and we were well looked after throughout. The meal was very good - would have had seconds if on offer! The concert seats were excellent. This was the 2nd event I've booked with Sue, the other was England v Scotland rugby at Twickenham too, that was also first rate.
I wouldn't disagree that I received 5* treatment, but that is naughty having a prize draw to influence feedback. Obviously thats going to hugely influence what people put. And then, how are you going to improve if people don't give you the truth? Honestly speaking you need to believe in your approach and attitude more. It was great customer service, and also engaging, but I don't need tickets to be dangled to give you that honest feedback. You should be proud of the service you're providing, and progressing this way won't help you. Only honest feedback will. Anthony, I really do rate the service you provided and would be more than happy to explain why, but whoever made the decision to influence that feedback mechanism is wrong, and whether you agree or not that is heavily influencing feedback. Happy for this to be passed on if required.
The whole experience with Hospitality Finder was seamless and stress free. They recommended the best days to attend the event, the best seats and the best restaurants. I would definitely book with them again in the future.
