Sue Pearce is a credit to the company. I have booked various events through her and her efficiency, informative and the personal relationship she offers is amazing. She keeps me up to date with up coming events and really knows what my children and family are interested in. She is keen to know how our experience was each time and every time I say 5 star and mean it!! I would recommend the company without hesitation. Fabulous pre event customer service from the sales team, backed up by great seats and easy access to the Amex lounge at the o2. Everything as it should be. Perfect :-)
I will continuously return to Hospitality Finder as the service is exceptional. I would recommend this company and in particular Paul Sherhod who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in place for events and even out of his way when things need special attention - he really is an asset to the company. The response times to emails and calls are great and you really feel like you have have nothing to worry about as everything is taken care of in an efficient manner. All in all, great!
Was wary to start, but all was good! Tickets turned up in plenty of time. Seats were good. Courtesy call on the day to check all was 👍 Ok, will use again. Conversely I won't be using Vigago who double booked my seats and ripped me off.
The Epsom Derby itself is a great experience but Hospitality Finder makes sure is unforgettable!. They pay attention to the smallest detail and everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!
Great experience from start to finish. Tickets were in a brilliant part of the venue straight in and out of the lounge. The Amex lounge is a treat - cocktails are amazing and a great start and finish to the evening. Only tip I would offer - get to the venue with plenty of time. Enhanced security does take a little while and you want to make sure you make the most of the lounge. Alternatively don't take a bag - you can get straight in then with no queuing!
