My whole experience with this company was flawless from beginning to end and I was extremely pleased with their level of service. My first point of contact with the sale team was good. The staff I spoke with were professional, polite and informative. They answered all my questions in detail and were very helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The Dispatch Team were also very efficient. They kept me informed all along the way and the tickets were dispatched quickly. I felt very assured that they would arrive in plenty of time before the event. (which they did). The VIP parking experience at the 02 was wonderful! The VIP car park was easy to find and the staff who took our car from us were impeccably polite and courteous. The distance from pulling up in your car to the VIP lounge is a matter of minutes, so very quickly we were sat at a table in the VIP lounge restaurant and able to enjoy a leisurely meal and drinks before the concert. The main area was extremely busy with queues coming out the door of every restaurant so it was a real pleasure to be the in VIP section and be served quickly. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious! The walk to our seats in the venue was again very quick from the VIP Lounge. The concert was brilliant in itself, but our position related to the stage really enhanced the whole experience. We were so close with an exceptional view. The sound as always at the 02 was great too. Our seats were very also a very short walk to the toilets and the bar which was very convenient to grab drinks during the show. The return to our car after the concert was also so easy. Within 15 minutes of the concert ending we were on the motorway. The collect of the car was very simple and efficient and the location of the VIP car park means you miss all of the congestion building up from the other main car park areas. All in all the whole experience with this company was a pleasure from the first phonecall to the event itself. I would highly recommend them for such events. They are a knowledgeable and helpful team of people who really make every effort to assist you as the customer.

From start to finish we had a great experience dealing with Hospitality Finders - the sales team were attentive, efficient and professional - a pleasure to deal with. Before the event, our tickets were despatched on time and hassle free. On the night itself, we felt like true VIPs - easy, stress free VIP parking close to the venue, amazing seats with a brilliant view of the band, and access to a fab bar / restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle of the main arena. We wouldn't hesitate in using Hospitality Finders in future - once you have had the pleasure of attending an event with such perks and the added benefit of a smooth process in advance, its a simple decision to do the same for all of our events.

We had been let down by a seller and this company went over and beyond to source tickets to a concert which was due to take place the next day. The service was quick, reliable, professional and so easy to use. The contact was easily accessible and responded quickly and efficiently to any queries we had. The venue, seats and hospitality they provided were second to none and would not hesitate to use their services in the future

Our Grand National hospitality was organised by Gareth Burch. Originally booked a a gift for my parents I ended up going in the end with my Mom as my Dad sadly passed away in January. He would have wanted us to go anyway as this was a favourite event of his although he sadly never made it to the live version. The Corbiere Suite is located just past the winning post and has fantastic views up two sides of the course and a great view of the additional course used for the National. There is a balcony for watching the races which had plenty of room for a good view for most of the room and on the rear of the suite is also another small balcony that allows you to see the parade ring and the presentation area so we got to see the races and the Grand National trophy presented. Our stand was also amazing in that is was modern, new and best of all when it rained we had a lovely permanent awning covering all of the outside area of the stand unlike some of the older buildings. Hostesses were amazingly friendly and efficient and the package was fantastic with everything included. The professional tipster in the room was good entertainment, the band was excellent and the atmosphere was so friendly and fun. Our fellow guests were lovely on our table.The transport and parking was fantastically organised and everything worked like clockwork making for a very enjoyable, stress free day. I would definitely do this again and would happily recommend both the package and the friendly services of Hospitality Finder. Oh yes and my horse came second :)
