The service was great, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was sublime and the box itself had a great view of the track. It was a fantastic event, Food, seats, and hospitality were great. In addition the match was top drawer.
I purchased a box for eight corporate guests at the super league grand final with Hospitality Finder, the event itself was a great success especially as the result went our way. I was more impressed however in the pre and then post event booking process with Hospitality Finder and my trusted Account Manager Tom Foster. They were constantly on hand keeping me updated with the event, when the tickets were being sent out and any dietary request my customers possibly may of had. I had a fair few requests before the event that both Tom and Katy (the event manager) dealt with very swiftly. I received a call from Tom post event about my whole experience and I could not be happier considering that I am a very difficult person to please. I will be booking a few other events as Christmas gifts in the next few weeks and look forward to dealing with Hospitality Finder during the festive period.
Despite requesting tickets at the last minute, Hospitality Finder were able to take care of me and provided a great experience. Although only speaking with Paul the night before the event, he made sure my tickets were available for collection the very next morning and stayed in close contact with me until he knew I was safely seated in the restaurant. This company come highly recommended.
