3445-3456 of 3599We had a brilliant day out at Ascot, where we started in the Hospitality suite, before making our way to the Grandstand for the racing. The staff during lunch and reception drinks over in the Ascot Village were absolutely superb- attentive, pleasant and polite. The food was pretty good, and the selection of drinks also good. All in all, I really thought that the day was excellent value for money, and I'll certainly be looking to return next year.
It's the only way to see the real Royal Ascot. Champagne helped create a day I will remember for a long time. Met some lovely people who I've invited for dinner, if I remember correctly! Didn't make work the following day though as I enjoyed myself a little too much maybe! Great day, great weather and a perfect occasion.
Sue managed to source great tickets and came up with a couple of alternatives for the hospitality. At the very last minute we needed to add a Guest (from 4 to 5 people). I thought this would be difficult to accommodate for a popular event but somehow this was arranged. The evening was a big success and will definitely use again.

We have booked a few hospitality events with Gareth Burch now and each event has been professionally organised. One of the events included children so had the relaxed atmosphere. Gareth even went to get sweets for the children. Will definitely be using them again!

I dealt with Account Director Gareth Burch when recently booking rugby match tickets and I found him very easy to deal with and very helpful. I was introduced to Sue Pearce Via the London golf club, she has been excellent throughout, we have booked many corporate events through Sue including rugby, football and the best by far was the Froch v Groves fight. Nothing is to much trouble and even when its a last minute request she always comes up with the goods. great service and have recommended you guys to our clients.
No real ques when we got there, the actual hospitality area wasnt too busy so we could really enjoy the event and take advantage of the free bar!! Our seats were right next to the Royal Box so couldnt have been better placed, the next event thats on we ARE going!!!
