The hospitality suite was well located and the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. They were quick to top up the drinks and ensure that our clients had a great time. I was really surprised at how good the food was. Difficult when catering for large numbers, but they had it spot on here, The food was delicious, beautifully presented and hot! Sue ensured that everything was all in order and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to my colleagues and clients. We are already looking to book more events with Sue this year.
This was the third time we've used Hospitality Finder for a trip to Twickenham. It's a fantastic day out and each time we believe it doesn't get any better is does again. Highly recommended.

Location was close to the playground, we had very good seats, food was excellent and the players who came in after the match were very well known. Everything was well organized and we would highly recommend Hospitality Finder.

We had a box at the England v Wales game at Twickenham. Service and attention from start to finish was excellent, from tickets to table.....everything went exactly to plan, and was so easy. We're now looking forward to the next event!
Our 5th year in a row at the Cheltenham festival and our 4th year in a row using Gareth and the guys at Hospitality finder. Firstly, the services in the Platinum Suite are first class. Great waitress service, phenomenal food and only seconds from the betting ring and track. Gareth was there to host the day and is on hand for anything you may need, however the organisation that goes in before hand makes for plain sailing on the day. If you want a luxury, trouble free trip to the greatest jumps race on the planet or any other event, get a hold of Gareth and let him do all the leg work for you!
The day worked out excellently for our table, made even better by the location of our table within the glass fronted box , good food and super staffing

WE WERE LOOKED AFTER SUPERBLY. THE FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT WAS FIRST CLASS WITH THE ACTUAL MARQUEE BEING OF A TOP NOTCH CALIBRE. MANY THANKS
All good. A little surprised not to be in the orchard enclosure at first, but found that the smaller marquee was just fine. service was great throughout the day. Surprised when we asked for a second glass of champagne that this was restricted to one glass per guest.... even pre-lunch which I assumed to be part of the champagne reception, which I would normally expect to be allowed more than one glass? Maybe just me? Comedian was outstanding and did a great job of keeping us all laughing at the right level.
Bought the six nations rugby hospitality package at Twickenham as a 60th birthday present for my husband. I found Hospitality Finder to be extremely professional and efficient which contributed to the whole experience being absolutely fantastic. The quality of food, drink and service was second to none. We were given good seats in the stadium and appreciated the opportunity to receive post match as well as pre match hospitality. We particularly enjoyed the ex rugby player talks as they really entertained the audience. If organising another such event, I would definitely use this company again. The staff were polite, courteous and nothing seemed too much trouble. I know I can trust them to organise a great day.
