This company is amazing, great communication, great prices, great tickets. It can be a little worrying when you have to organise an event for your boss and their top clients as there is zero space from any mistakes or things to go wrong, you need to source the best tickets, best seats and ensure that the tickets are in their hands in time for the event.......................all I had to do was dial the digits of Tom Evernden this guy is on the ball for sure and he moves mega quick on things, nothing went wrong I got the best prices, the best tickets and the tickets were in their hands no problem and very happy clients which makes our company look great! Soooo if you need to sort tickets for an event - Tom Evernden is your man and Hospitality Finder is most definitely the company to go with!
I was disappointed with the venue which turned out to be a tent in the rear car park of a storage facility. You should be done under the trades description act for the name Orchard Enclosure. However, the service was good and the food & drink flowed. The highlight of the pre match was Martin Bayfield and the comedian you booked, both were hillarious. The seats in the ground were good, right on pitch side in row 2. In summary, If I book with Hospitality Finder next time, I want to back back to the Cardinal Vaughan suite as it's far superior to the Orchard Enclosure. ***** Oh, and charging a fiver for a Ref Link after I've paid £6000 for a table is a bloody cheek! *****
We attended the England v Scotland 6 Nations Rugby. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and the organisation was second to none. It was a memorable day and a great result. Many thanks to Gareth and Tom for organising and your excellent attention to detail. Alison.

With my 50th fast approaching, the occasion had to be special and memorable. It just had to be Rugby - England v NZ and Twickenham Hospitality . But who to choose? Well I`m glad to say that one of my calls was to Gareth Burch at Hospitality Finder who not only came up with the best package price right from the `off` but was also extremely helpful and flexible throughout the whole booking process. There were no pressure tactics and when attendee numbers came in less than initally anticipated, the final cost was excellent value. The day itself was superb. Our Hospitality Suite was well located to the stadium, very well appointed and the staff very attentive throughout. The four course menu was also excellent quality and with no shortage of drink to `help it` down. I would finally like to say that the day would not have been quite the success that it was had it not been for the efforts made by Gareth towards making room for an additional `unscheduled` attendee. I extend my sincere thanks. I will certainly use Hospitality finder again in the future and as the star rating suggests, would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
Facilities were good, waiters very helpful and the food was good. Got good view of the game from allocated seats.
Trying to get quality hospitality for premium sporting events is not easy and of course you want to impress your guests. The service I have received from Gareth and Tom at Hospitality Finder is second to non with a warm welcome on arrival to gentle reminders of events coming up that may suit my clientele. Never over the top sell just top quality professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone, that's of course unless you take my table!
