From my initial phone call to Nathan, I felt confident he would try his utmost to secure tickets for a particularly high demand music gig. He is polite, eloquent and made sure he understood the parameters within which I could work and kept me updated and informed on a regular basis through phone call. From the time I called Stephen about getting me tickets for The Ashes at Lords, everything happened quickly and efficiently. At reasonably short notice tickets were obtained, the hospitality package was superb and the seats were excellent (which is more than can be said about some of the cricket that day!).
Had a great weekend, Grace and Barney loved it. Great friendly atmosphere, hosts were all fantastic.
