Hi, contacted about a last minute hospitality booking in the Green Room for England v France rugby union (tomorrow!) sent an enquiry and was phoned back by Adam very promptly and he tried to get us tickets from someone who could not attend. Appreciate his efforts but it didn’t work out. Good and prompt communication.
From my initial contact with the team and continued friendly conversations with Aaron, I automatically felt in safe hands. Communication is amazing, along with a real sense of professionalism. Aaron has gone the extra mile to reassure me, answer all my queries and provide me with the extra information needed to secure my booking. Aaron was very patient with me, with a great sense of humour! It’s the personal touches that make the difference and I completely entrust him with our booking.
The build up to the day was exceptionally well organised. Tickets and info regarding the day were sent out in a timely manner and even a check in a few days before to ask if everything was sorted. The day itself was faultless. The ladies serving ensured that drinks were taken in a timely manner. Supervisors maintained a low profile but they were watching and making sure all tables were looked after. All staff were chatty and helpful. Food was incredible. The main course on its own was stunning. Dessert was beautiful and then cheese and biscuits. We will skip over the rugby result but seats were on the half way line. After the game a Curry with vegetarian option was provided. Plentiful food throughout the day. Free bar which wasn't restricted. The quality of speakers was exceptional apart from Austin Healey. Who really is a ______ (He is made for a Panto villain) The simplest way to describe Hospitality Finder is they are literally like a family. The staff from booking through to delivering treat you like family. They go out their way to make sure everything is perfect. The celebrity guests even meet and chat to everyone. You may be able to book cheaper hospitality but you won't get better. To conclude. I took my wife as a treat. Not a company day out. We entered a draw for hospitality at Epsom for Ladies day. The wife only went and won it !!!! I cannot wait to experience another day with Hospitality Finder.
