The Green room is a great place to be for a cricket match with a lovely ambiance and excellent staff to look after the guests. Lots of interesting people to chat with like Romesh ranganathon. Adam butler deserves a special mention as he ensures that you are having a good time.
Adam Wood at Hospitality Finder is everything a Professional should be and more. Firstly he clarifies exactly what the customer wants in every respect and then goes out of his way to achieve it. He ALWAYS calls back when he says he will and is completely trustworthy, honest and reliable. Having found him we now use him for all our business events and the most recent was last Thursday in The Green Room at The Oval which was absolutely fantastic with the best food, drink and staff who could not have done any more to make our day. And Harriet Martin is also exceptional at customer service. We have many more events booked and have no hesitation recommending them to everyone !!
I arranged this day at the cricket as a thank you to my son-in-law and grandson. From the initial booking right through to the close of play Adam Butler and the rest of the staff were excellent. Adam Butler was very efficient, polite and helpful in organizing my booking for the Lions V Japan. The Green Room experience was excellent and all guests had a thoroughly enjoyable day out. In addition to thanking Adam, I must also highlight the outstanding service provided by Chery Lisney and Sarah Cornwell in the Customer Services team; both of these ladies were very helpful in ensuring all guests received the correct ticket.
Have to say a massive thank you to Adam for arranging tickets to see Lewis Capaldi and such a fast response I’m getting back to me! Really pleased with such excellent customer service and will definitely be booking again in the near future. Can highly recommend.
