AJ in sales ensures just the right amount of customer contact & provides me with event information I’m interested in, unlike some of their competitors I’ve dealt with in the past.
Friendly and professional sales and accounts staff . Cannot comment on the event yet as only just made the booking so my review is based on the booking process only .
Very good service overall but the only section that would could be better is the time frame of the delivery of the tickets - 4days in advance the event date was a bit tight as I was due to leave 3days in advance (20hrs to spare).
