We attended the Capital Summertime Ball and booked via Hospitality Finder for the first time. Well it is safe to say, we will be booking our evenings/events out this way going forward. To the service recieved in finding the right package and organising, to the service we recieved on the night we cannot fault it in any way. The one issue we had on the evening with a faulty champagne flute was just something to laugh and even then the team were amazing and dealt with the situation to the best they could! MANY THANKS TO ALL!

I totally enjoyed Chester lady's day with my girls. 2019. The service, food and drinks were fantastic. Just wished we brought our wellies.. Curtis was my customer service advices from the day I booked in 2018 until present. He gets a 10 /10.In this day in age who gets the same customer advice? .i think I'm going to miss his happy go lucky sunshine personalilty.

We can honestly say we had an experience that we will treasure. Everybody involved throughout the day,and before, were very professional and we felt that they really cared about us as individuals. The lovely Sarah helped me sort out the tickets as I had problems downloading them and kept checking that I was receiving them. All the staff were amazingly attentive, our waiter, Hannibal was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend this experience to everyone. A lovely family day that we will never forget. Thank you
Tickets arrived when said. Excellent hospitality and front parking. Food and drink were well catered for and spacious. I'll definitely be back next year. Awesome experience all round.

Absolutely fantastic service for the Club wembley seats at the Pink concert. AJ was the gentleman I talked to on the phone. He constantly informed me of everything I needed to know and let me know when the tickets were on their way. Will definitely use again.
